We are a blank check company. We were formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to as a “target business.” Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location. Our management team is led by Mr. Bian Fan, our chairman and chief executive officer, who has almost over a decade of combined experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, deal-making and investment. Our mission is to maximize shareholder value by identifying an acquisition target with significant growth prospects.
